FIRE LAMBERT!!!!!!!!!!!

We’ve regressed, with no signs of a turnaround being remotely possible. Time to move on from this entire staff

Don’t hold your breath

Brad put the blame squarely on the offense. I think Jeff is gone.

BUT:hard to fire someone with family in the program. Gonna create a rift for sure. That’s why most ADs don’t have #family in every department.
The next two games should say a lot. If we get blown out in both, then the players have quit and the coaching staff has lost the team. If they split or are competitive, that tells me the team has not given up. Either way, 3 wins or less this year and Lambert should be let go.

The deeper issue is our leadership’s (chancellor/AD) expectations. Zero urgency and a “lower the bar” mentality. And at the end of the day, as coaches come and go, one common denominator…JUDY ROSE. Until she resigns, I won’t be excited about Charlotte Athletics.
The first time held scoreless in program history…at home…against Georgia St.

Safe to say the team has already quit. No need to look to future games for that!

Our Rock Solid mantra, will quickly turn into Rock Bottom. Wouldn’t be surprised to see graffiti in/around our stadium tomorrow. I certainly hope not. It’s safe to say, tonight is rock bottom for the season and program. I would hope our players come out with a never say die attitude, the next game or two. If not, then Lambert’s voice in the locker room is gone and it will be time to move on.

I still say he should be let go at the end of the year. More importantly, the heat on Rose to resign, should be turned to high after tonight. Not by fans, but by the trustees. They will force her to resign, no one else.

You just figured out we suck. i warned you after signing day. You late

This program makes me want to set my diploma on fire!!!

I had a nice write up in the Greensboro paper last week about me yelling for Mullen to be fired. I stand by it.

But I actually went down to the first row on the latter minutes of this weeks debacle, only to find fans that think it’s ok that we are beyond atrocious.

Didn’t realize those fools existed. Hope they ride Judy to the promised land.

Talking to a Catawba coach (not football) tonight at Family night and they asked how safe is Lambert. I told them as long as he remained a “yes man” to Judy and Phil, that he’d probably be there a min of 2-3 seasons longer than he should. We then had a long discussion about the atrocity of the sports and coaches at Charlotte throughout the years…and he was knowledgeable about a lot of it already.

Funny how other coaches at other schools notice and follow the dysfunction almost as well as our most die hard fans do.

The stakes in college sports are too high for that. Its time for the school to learn that in some way.
You actually believe we are going to win a game this year?

Oh you poor, damned fool.

Fire everyone. Burn it all to the ground.
Speaking from experience, things won’t get any better until you do. Change must begin at the top. It took a 27 game losing streak for us (A&T) to learn. Don’t make the same mistake.

clt the bear has been poked, smacked and tackled my friend.

Is this is 7th year on the payroll here? How much has he made here? Who cares he was the first coach, if he cant show positive growth, replace him. It should be that easy.

The common factor in all of our sad history is Judy Rose. This kind of mediocrity starts at the top. It’s that simple. She should have been replaced long ago. I see that so clearly now.

That is why Brad Lambert should not be fired. Judy Rose cannot be allowed to hire our next coach and consign us to more years of poor results.

She needs to retire and an AD hired FROM OUTSIDE OF THE CURRENT ATHLETIC DEPARTMENT.
