clt doesnât want to be in cusa or the sun belt.
That is just pathetic. Actually makes my heart hurt. Sad. ![]()
I give a big thanks to Judy for that. Can things get much worse?

If this conference merger were to happen, and Charlotte wasnât included in the new conference, I have a feeling that the Athletic Departmentâs response would be:
"oh well, we tried and there wasnât enough support. Back to FCS.
Hey, have yâall seen how well our womenâs shuffleboard team is doing?!?!â

If any of the fans that donât want to be in a conference with us happen to be Marshall or So. Miss. fans they need to be reminded that they lost home games to us last year.
I was at a function last night that the chancellor attended. He asked if I was at the game last week and he could not believe how big the crowd was at the game. I told him the crowd was great, but the game was awful. He told me that this is only our 5th yr and the 3rd yr in FBS. I am not sure he understands that A&T is FCS.
I told him that we need to start looking at one deck and he told me that would be a long time since we do not need it right now. I told him that App draws 25-30k every home game and people drive from Winston and Charlotte, and if we had a winning team we would draw 30k every game.
He did not want to talk about it, but I told my wife when you have low expectations than you will never strive for improvement. I was not really shocked, but he proved that until both him and Judy retires that sports will not be held accountable.

Did you ask him if he is proud to have the nationâs smallest FBS stadium? He probably does not even know.

Someone needs to tell him that having a 0 below the W in the standings is not good. I do agree that there is no need for expansion. The big crowd was a result of A&T fans. The crowd will keep getting smaller as the season wears on. Expansion has lost its momentum and I am afraid it may be some time before it will be needed. Another missed opportunity by our school.
Fire everybody! Damn mallard creek high school could beat us.
This is fân pathetic. What will it take for someone to be held accountable??
Every football coach deserves to be fired - as does Judy Rose.
The wheels have come off- we are literally starting over in year five - absolutely NO progress to point at.
At least they left no doubt. Lambert wonât survive this one.
Us looooooonnnnnnnggggg time season ticket buying Niner fans only expected one thing - average. We are far below average.
clt thinks we may suck.
The next two games should say a lot. If we get blown out in both, then the players have quit and the coaching staff has lost the team. If they split or are competitive, that tells me the team has not given up. Either way, 3 wins or less this year and Lambert should be let go.
The deeper issue is our leadershipâs (chancellor/AD) expectations. Zero urgency and a âlower the barâ mentality. And at the end of the day, as coaches come and go, one common denominatorâŚJUDY ROSE. Until she resigns, I wonât be excited about Charlotte Athletics.

This. Iâm so Fâing sick about managed expectations. We have fallen so far, and this is the reason.
You actually believe we are going to win a game this year?
Oh you poor, damned fool.
Fire everyone. Burn it all to the ground.
Someone better be gone by monday
