The way I see it, anyone that cares enough to still be here, whether on the side of burn it down or the side of letās wait and see, is a fan we shouldnāt want to lose.

What we need is to get hot & finish with 18-20 wins, with a good conference tournament run or to go 3-6 or something bad enough to force a change. In the middle is terrible for the program. We canāt go into next season with a 5th year coach whoās ceiling is 16-14. Itās time to 
or get off the pot & give someone else a chance.
So your saying a couple more bad losses could have a laxative effect?

Yep. This program desperately needs an enema.
We are predicted to win against FIU at home and Southern Miss on the road. Win these 2 and that will get us to 14 wins. The other 7 games, here is how I would rank them from easiest to toughest:
Marshall on the road
FIU on the road
FAU at home
Middle Tennessee at home
Louisiana Tech at home
Middle Tennessee on the road
Western Kentucky on the road.
I do believe 17 or 18 will be enough for him to be next year. I know that will not be good enough for a lot of you, but it will be tough to get to 17 or 18 wins either way.
We have 9 more conference USA games and we are thinking it will be tough to win even 5 or 6 of them?

Agree with Daniel49erās assessment, though Marshallās lone league win did come in Huntington vs UAB. And without Kinsey as well!
BTW, see that Houston won today at Cincy 80-58. Cougs are steamrolling the AAC so far.
I think we will go 4-5 and end up with 16 wins. +/- 1 win.

We could win them all, but the team has been inconsistent all year. I agree with @Nineradvocate on win total.
