Posted in the FIU thread. If we donāt have the cash to get rid of Sanchez then Iām not gonna be ticked off about it.
There is a ton of expenses headed our way.
Hill may just have to wait this out.
The post game comments and general commentary from Sanchez is irritating. Itās like heās a corporate robot. I like a little more fire and emotion from my coaches. This is sports and entertainment not banking.

We can take up an offering plate and the FAU game and Mike Hill can chip in some of his salary
I know we have to set aside the money in a certain manner but his salary, that we would owe, is what a senior assistant on an ACC team would make. I doubt we will have to pay out much of anything.

If the scenarioās play out as mentioned, why would the administration let Hill be the person to select and sign a contract with another Coach?
We seem too conservative to let him do it againā¦

Not saying you are wrong butā¦ my goodness he/Hill was not conservative hiring Biff. Conservative would have been Holtz or any of the other retreads that were thrown about.
Biff hasnāt proven anything on the field yet but early results seem moving program in the right direction.
The search firm found Biff. Iām sure we would utilize one for basketball. Hill is 0-2 in his major sports hires where no firm was used.

Biff says the āfire Sanchezā crowd are idiots. 
The Ron hire was praised across college basketball. The AHC from the number one team and they won a title the following season. It was a great hire, just hasnt worked out. The Will hire is on Mike, but Ron had just about as close to a canāt miss resume as you are going to find. Itās an art not a science. Mike deserves another shot at basketball.

I think he/Biff said two things, 1. Sanchez canāt recruit and 2. he reads this board

Biff is a big dude. If he said around me, I would have to agree. But here, I think Biff should say whatever Biff likes
Sorry Biff. Stick to football. Let us here handle basketball. Sanchez can either recruit or coach but he canāt do both.
5 years and canāt compete in CUSA. He has to be let go. No freaking way basketball coaches should get 6 years to try to compete! If that happens that should be a huge red flag on Hill. That goes for Biff too. Coaches can stick together, great. But Hill better AD it the F up and right the ship.
And for the recordā¦ in regards to coaches, winning is more important than playerās grades and making men and quality citizen out of players. Coaches job is to win. Teachers job is to teach and get good grades. You can be a father figure and teach without being the coach. Do it all, thatās fine with me but Win or gtfo (after 3-4 years of course. Iām reasonable 
)
