Starting to agree Normmm. If Ron is gone then Aly is gone with Fearne and I imagine most anyone that can will bolt. What do you have left? 9 open scholarships?
You also have another Coach, top assistant in the country, that could not win at Charlotte. Our reputation is getting real close to being that taking this job is a career killer which I am starting to believe myself. You would have to work hard to be this bad over the last 17 years. With everything Charlotte the city has to offer and our campus if I were a Coach I would be asking serious questions about what is going on that no one can come in and finish better than 8th or 9th in fucking CUSA!! I would not bet my career on what I have seen over the last 17 years. I would have serious questions fir the administration on this.

I think I saw this kind of gritty determination in our baseball program when it blossomed. I have never saw any evidence of this from the Ron Sanchez basketball program. Ron Sanchez keeps doing the same things and gets the same results. I am dumbfounded why and how Ron Sanchez ever got his contract quietly extended.

Says a lot. You can’t tell me our basketball team wouldn’t LOVE to be with that football team in the weight room. You also can’t tell me that our basketball players wouldn’t be TWICE as strong and TWICE as mentally tough with that type of push from S&C.
But hey she is smart…and we have a female S&C coach for men’s hoops so we can pat ourselves on the back and feel good about that.
