For All of you Fairweather "so-called" Fans

I wish I could have gone and sat in the lower level behind the team bench. There seemed to be plenty of empty seats.

And the fans of the game contest, geez that was pathetic.

I wish I could have been there. I still have my season tickets even though I live in Atlanta. Sometimes my seats go unused, but very rarely. I’ve only been to 2 games at Halton this year, but I offer my tickets to anyone who will use them, but priority goes to Niner fans. It kills me not to be there, but I feel I’m doing the best I can for the program I support.

If you make you all feel any better, I went to my first Bobcats game Tuesday night and 10 minutes before tip off the were not more the 1000 people there and was maybe a total of 6000 by the middle of the 1st quarter. No Emeka or Duncan, felt like I was at a CBA game.

Bobcats attendance will pick up once they move into the new arena. The Coliseum is a dump...I went to the first game, and I'm not going back until the uptown arena is done. I might go to their last home game, but that's iffy...
Originally posted by finalfourtyniners@Feb 9 2005, 10:22 PM the thing is that we can play with rither one of these teams, i bet we would tie with duke in a 10 game series.
R u an idiot? I suppose duke would lose to a team like rutgers and ecu as well? Don't get me wrong: I can't stand Duke, their fans, the "i'm paid by alum/boosters" refs, but at least I have enough respect for college basketball to know they're damn good. They would beat Ecu and Rutgers by 20 each game. Period.
