Firing Lambert- Makes all the sense in the world, 99% of ADs would have
Not Firing Lambert- I would disgree but understand the arguments about the quick transition (even if I think they are not valid)
Retaining Lambert while forcing him to fire his DC who was the strongest coach on the staff- I normally choose to believe itâs incompetence instead of conspiracy when foolish decisions are made, but if I were trying to damage the program this would be the best path to take of the three.
Does anybody have any idea when the Exponential Campaign ends??
Iâve heard from a source that since Rose has wealthy friends in high places, that the school is trying to keep her until at least that fundraiser is over.

Most of her âfriendsâ are past the average human life expectancy so who knows how much longer theyâll be around.
Reading this makes me want to throw up. Comparing our FB program to a 5 year old kid? We must get wiser? Are you kidding me?? WTF?! If youâre learning on the job, you shouldnât be the Athletic Director and Brad Lambert should not be the coach. âStay on board with us?â How freaking long do we stay on board? Youâve been here 27 fân years.
Rose needs to be told to resign by the Chancellor now! This is a joke.
If yâall are waiting until February to march, thatâs fine. But Iâm not. I thought I was pissed last night as she laughed with 30 seconds to go about chicken effn sandwichesâŚ
I get someone has to justify decisions will have responses such as her. What I donât understand is how she fails to admit that the athletic department itself needs new direction. I would been glad to give her some credit if she would have admitted that the department itself has had failures too and they were working to correct those.
As it was said well even if she wasnât being conceited it sure did sound that way.
âBut it makes me work harder. Itâs not going to deter me in any manner. Iâll continue to do what Iâve done and am expected to do"
So sheâs going to work harder, but continue to do the same things? Thatâs not going to fix anything.
Sheâs run out of excuses. Itâs all spin now. Youâve been here 27 years. Youâre not going to magically make things better. Bitter and defiant in her old age. Wish the vibe was different for Charlotte Athletics.
