Not Firing Lambert- I would disgree but understand the arguments about the quick transition (even if I think they are not valid)
Retaining Lambert while forcing him to fire his DC who was the strongest coach on the staff- I normally choose to believe itâs incompetence instead of conspiracy when foolish decisions are made, but if I were trying to damage the program this would be the best path to take of the three.

Itâs easy to see why Charlotte athletics is a dumpster fire after reading that article. She is a disgrace.
I get someone has to justify decisions will have responses such as her. What I donât understand is how she fails to admit that the athletic department itself needs new direction. I would been glad to give her some credit if she would have admitted that the department itself has had failures too and they were working to correct those.
As it was said well even if she wasnât being conceited it sure did sound that way.
