The typo Run cites is mine, in this e-mail. Utter got it right.

And repetition is the key to understanding.
ALSO CONTRIBUTING: Overlooked in Charlotte’s win, which came with the assistance of several strong individual contributions, was the play of junior forward Lamont Mack, who finished with 15 points (on 6-of-11 shooting), five rebounds, two assists and three steals. Mack was key in key in Charlotte’s ability to pass around and over Clemson’s pressure defense throughout the game and was effective attacking the basket.
Lamont has played very well lately.

For the folks who have been around since the Watkins days, how many JUCOs have produced for us right off the bat the way Coley and Mack have done? Not many. I’m thinking Colson, James Zimmerman, and to a lesser extent KP & Galen. I think we oughtta look up the stats, cause I think Coley and Mack compare very favorably. Compare them to a guy like Cam Stephens, a guy that we all consider a successful Juco pickup…

Coley and Mack are my newcomers of the year so far -> I shudder to think what this team would be like without either of them. Their intensity level is fantastic.

Good articles today including this one from the Salisbury Post. Sad story.

Ok, damnit, which one was it? :lmao:

not sure when UL-L changed their name from SWL St, but I am positive Kelvin did not play there. It was a juco called SW Louisianna.

Had Kelvin transferred from D1, he would of sat a year. He played from day 1.

I’m pretty sure he did sit a year, because I used to see him all the time on campus in 96/97 and he wasn’t playing.
