I think it’s safe to say that the rumored 2016 BOA game is not happening. 2019 looks like the earliest that could happen and likely not until 2020 or later.
Fordham hasn’t been good since before WW2 when Vince Lombardi played there.
They did post a one win season in 2011, but have been playing some pretty good football since. They would have whooped us the last two years, which I know isn’t saying much. Hopefully by 2017 we are competitive at the FBS level and will be playing our reserves against them during the second half.

- I saw them last October and they played Rev Theory, the Beatles, Kiss, a little classical and a little Motown in fifteen minutes. They didn’t play any “call me al”.
- With the possible exception of Ohio State, there is no marching band I’d rather see live. They are Central’s daddy.
- I attended A and T for several semesters before coming to Charlotte, so I’m biased.

Yes. Those rumors were from long ago. The 2015 schedule has been officially announced since then.

Found out last night that the quietly rumored game to take place at Bank of America Stadium was to be with Chapel Hill. They were “All In” so we bought ourselves out of contracts to make it happen on our end before they backed out.
