42 players in Super Bowl were 2 stars or less. 90 pct of these kids never have an objective set of eyeballs on them. Recruiting sites are there for entertainment purposes only. I have seen 2 star guys morph into 4 star guys instantly if they commit to the “right” school.

Ironically, we had only been D1 in basketball a few years when we miraculously started signing some top caliber talent, even before Maxwell. I hope we follow the same pattern for football.

He said they caliber of kids we are getting given the newness of the program is a huge positive and that he thinks we will surprise a lot of people and that as a program we can be very dangerous very quickly. Said that all the facilities, the city, the school, the weather - has all the things kids are looking for these days.
