He was the AD at Northwestern when White was there. But CLT probably already knew that and was just dissing the ACC.

Never got a response to my initial email when I pointed out that references to White’s first alma mater need to include the entire name. Otherwise, just bad optics and a real lack of understanding if not corrected. 
The Chattanooga, Tenn., native, earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina (’01), where he was a member of the junior varsity basketball team. He also earned a master’s degree at Georgia State (’10) and an MBA at Kennesaw State (’12).
