Marching Band

I like it.

I just associate that sound with college football. Itā€™s a start and itā€™s making me happy.

[quote=ā€œCrusader, post:69, topic:27644ā€]Jewel in the Crown Band has the right ideaā€¦but too many words. We know its a band.

I just hope they donā€™t spell out ā€œUNCCā€ on the field. Theyā€™re already calling themselves the UNCC Drumline on Facebook.

facepalm

UNCC Drumline might be because they will be availble for educational eventsā€¦ I hear they are signed up for Sonnet Slam.

Neither the University Marketing Department nor Athletics wants to use the ā€œUNCCā€ name/brand anymore.

Sorry, I didnā€™t pick up on the joking tone; a lot of people havenā€™t gotten the message about the university name (from a marketing standpoint), including staff, faculty, students, and alumniā€¦ and changing a universityā€™s domain name is a monumental task.

Also note that the official College of Arts and Architecture account says the full Marching Band will be up for the 2015 First C-USA season.
