Not that I thought Mike was going a great job, but this doesn’t make sense to me (mostly timing).
Ding dong the witch is dead. Hate when people lose their job, but this guy was beyond awful. I’m convinced he was worse than Judy Rose. He was actively destroying something I love.
Good. Revenue sports under him were a mess. One bowl game, no NIT/NCAA appearances.
Masterplan roll out and fundraising has been a mess. Football stadium expansion has been scaled wayyyy back.
Getting us into the AAC is nice, but I can also argue it wasn’t based on anything he did. New branding was fine.
Lets go get a fucking winner so we can change the culture here.

Well that’s something.
Talked to him last night at anlimni function and there was zero indication of this.
Will be interesting to see how Gaber leads this search. Also interesting interim is from AD. When Fuller was hired under Gaber I thought something was strange. Wonder if he found stuff.
Odd timing for a change if it’s just performance related.

He ought to apply, he thinks he knows everything and how to successfully run an AD. I’d be for that just to shut him up.
I would assume that there is an integrity clause in there somewhere that might have a bearing here.
