NCAA Transfer Rules

From Jeff Borzello:

Well, looks like the question of 2+ time transfers has been answered:

Yep, looks like no rules at all!

Bryant must have done something to get on NCAA’s good side with 3rd waiver granted:

Myron Medcalf interviewed coaches Tommy Lloyd (Arizona), Bob Huggins (West Virginia), and Brad Underwood (Illinois), all of whom transferred as college basketball players:

Referring to MBB as of June 25th:

I guess this means players will now think twice about entering the portal.

Nah, just kidding.

It probably will honestly. It will be the players at the end of the bench that we want to get rid of lol

Will be interesting to see what it looks like next year once the covid stuff has all washed out.

They already do. My niece is running track at Loyola, MD. Finished up her freshman year, wasn’t quite sure she wants to stay there, but worried about entering the portal and losing her spot there if she does. She has scholarship offers at a lot of SC schools, but doesn’t like any of them. So she’s sticking it out a little longer in a less than perfect situation.

More clarity on the latest move by the NCAA:

clt says it is comical now. bama can basically pay for a wr transfer from ga tech.
