I still want the 49 yard lines marked.
That one is a do-it-yourself kind of operation.
Morrill is the man
One that Iâd like to see us work on, is what to do when the team scores 49 points (Iâm an optimist).
Should be something that involves the entire stadium crowd, something highly visible, and unique to our program. Any ideas?

Each side taking turns mooning each other between 1st and 2nd quarters. :o

It shouldnât be anything derogatory toward the other team because we could score 49 and still be losing. I imagine that a short/simple song would be decent. Iâm drawing a blank right now.
Seriously need to get something to chant for kickoff
Georgia does this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XZUtRMgI-8Q

If nothing else, there is always the chant that members of QCA pull out anytime one of our soccer players boots the ball to the other side of the pitch.
simple âN-I-N-E-R-S! GOOOOOO NINERS!â

That was my assumption the first time i heard it for a goal kick.
I like the spelling it out thing, but the âGOOOOO NINERSâ thing at the end has always seemed lame and cheerleadery to me.
Something else that QCA has been doing that I really, really, really like is the Bhoys In Green chant brought over from Celtic FC. It is, in my opinion, the single greatest call-and-response in sports, and I think it would be perfect to start out an offensive posession.
Charlotte (Charlotte)

Come on you boys in green (Come on you boys in green)

Queen City Green and White (Queen City Green and White)
Queen City Green and White (Queen City Green and White)
I know, I know. Itâs too compicated, itâd be impossible. Whatever.
Agreed, take the GOOOOO part out and we have something, kinda like this.
Easiest thing to is have the drum corp start everyone off with a synchronized clap/bleacher stomp that progressively builds to kick off.

I like that. Wish we could pull it off.
Niner! Niner! Niner!, Oi!, Oi!, Oi!
âŚand then we headbutt each other!

Thatâs called an Irish kiss. :-*
I think OOOOOOOOOOOOOO (kickoff) NINERS! would be a good idea. Simple and easy
I was thinking something similar, but spelling out N-I-N-E-R-S instead of yelling the actual word.
I was hoping the soccer goal kick chant would carry over to football kickoffs:
âOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO N-I-N-E-R-S GOOOOOOOO NINERS!â
