Came across a table full of $10 college T-Shirts at the Finish Line @ South Park. SEC, ACC, and susprisingly, CHARLOTTE 49ers T’s. No “UNC”. No lime non-niner green or tacky patterns. IMHO, these look really good, and you cannot beat the price. I picked up 3 of the designs, but I think they had more. I talked to a young african amercian guy with a clean shaven head. If you go there, tell him NA sent ya.

Sweet. Why can’t our bookstore or Gray’s find merchandice like this and charge the same price? It’s almost worth $50 in gas to drive to South Park Mall to get a couple. :huh: :silly:
Yeah its ridiculous that I only have 1 Charlotte 49er t-shirt, not because of choice but because of selection. I have a bunch of Rutgers shirts I got for free, but I don’t even like wearing them. Do you think these can be ordered online or something?
if you didnt know the freshman tshirt was a green shirt with white NINER NATION. My sister is a freshman this year, she said she sees a least five every time she goes to a class. I talk to a good friend yesterday who said the campus was filled with them on the first day of school.
This year has been awesome so far, I see much fewer Tarheel and NC State shirts this year than last year.
Also Judy Rose’s comment at 49er new year, “If you are here and wear a shirt from another school, you need to transfer” (well that was a rough paraphrase)

No, I dont think they can be, cause they aren't available at their online store. But it's possible we could coordinate something for those that want a shirt.

Good to hear on both…Less other school gear and Judy’s comments. Can you give us a recap of the new year event? We didn’t hear much about it.
I just got back from Southpark Finish Line. I picked up one of the green ones. Better than most places.
I work part-time at Finish Line in Pineville and mentioned these shirts last year before the season. We have had them forever. They are good looking shirts. Pineville still has plenty of them left if SouthPark or Concord runs out. They are quality T’s and for only $10. And no “UNC” or lime green like the ones at Champs.

Cool, sounds like they're at every Charlotte area Finish Line.
I would love to see us buy these out. @ $10/shirt, we could do some damage. I think I may buy a few more to give out as presents.
If you haven’t seen them, check them out. They really do look good. Best commercial Niner T’s I’ve seen (with all due respect to Got Lutz & Niner Nation).
Gotta support those businesses that will carry our (quality) products or we won’t get anymore.
