OOC Predictions!

they can play. just not sure how soon! ??

that’s what I’ve gathered. That’s what I don’t like. That’s what scares me.

There is no way we lose to C-Michigan. Those guys barley beat their Div-II home opener. It came down to the wire and I am supposed to belive that Charlotte the team that just beat a Div-I team with NBA talent (Sutton) Looses? No Sir not this year.

When I first saw our OOC schedule initially I was disappointed in how soft it is. But now I think Major set up the ideal schedule for this squad. They will be able to come together as a team, players will learn what their roles are on this squad, and get much more benefit out of battling some of these teams, as opposed to getting throttled in a preseason tourney by a powerhouse (see Duke in the 2009 NIT) and build the team chemistry they will need once they go into A10 play. By the time January arrives I believe they will have gutted out some close victories, and hopefully not dropped any bad games to lesser foes, and come spring will exceed expectations. I see either a 9-4 or 10-3 coming out of our OOC sched.

THIS. Plus, in reference to our football scheduling, easy schedules when you’re down = wins. Wins = people coming, recruits, excitement, confidence. Then before you know it, you’re back! That is, if you take care of business.

Our resume is littered with L’s to teams we have no business losing to.

Valparaiso, North Texas, Appalachian, Hofstra, Monmouth, CS Fullerton, and UL-Lafayette were all teams we had no business losing to at some point over the past decade and somehow pulled it off. I’m sure there are way more; those are just the ones I could name without even thinking about it.

Monstra… [quiver]

WH is usually right, but technically ECU only won 15 games (3 games vs. non D1 competition). He said it would be close and that we’d lose in the end, I see it going the other way.

Also, I believe Daquan Jones of Miami is out for the season due to ineligibility issues. So there is half that great backcourt.

Monmouth… [quiver]

FTFY.

Though, “Monstra” might be a better term in retrospect…

Drummer, he’s referring to us losing to both Monmouth and Hofstra in the same season. The term “Monstra” or “Monhoff” was born that year.

15 wins vs the # 41 SOS. Technically you played a much lesser schedule ranked 80 spots lower and won a third less vs the same amount of D1 competition. You guys won’t be favored in that game.

If you are going to say they “only” won 15 games, you should at least provide some context because we played a much more difficult schedule and tougher than many Big 6 conference teams played.

And how many top 25 teams did you losers beat?

Why do you have an animated gif of Lebo trying to touch someone’s gentials?

You guys get way to hung up on clinging on 1 game. The last year you went to the NCAA’s (7 years ago) we beat you, and I assure you we sucked. We also beat Dwade a couple times when he had top 10 ranked teams and sucked as well. What’s your point, one game isn’t a 30+ game season.

You guys suck.

And you get hung up blowing your coach.
