I cannot wait for Monday night. Me and Dad will be there. This reminds me of the Pittsburgh game in 1996 with the Cota interception to be NFC west champs.
The biggest matchup to me is Tampa D vs. Deangelo. They have given up ONE rushing TD all year!!! DA had 4 last week…
second- can our defense come back to life, because Garcia has scorched us for whatever reason.
either way its one for the ages, two 9-3 teams on MNF. Its by far the best NFL game on yet this year.
Garcia (and any other accurate QB) pick us apart because we play too much zone with our corners playing 10+yds off in their coverage. Even when we blitz, our secondary backs off their coverage.
Give 'em a free chuck (inside 5 yds) to slow them down on the blitz.
Either way, hell yeah, go Panthers … biggest regular season game I can think of in franchise history.

last week FS Godfrey was fooled alot. He needs to get his act together so corners know if they release the reciever to the inside with help

You don’t think Deangelo can get 4 yards on 4 carries, again? They were all 1 yard runs.
As long as both Williams and Stewart are healthy (and to my knowledge, they are), this won’t decide the game.

THIS WILL DECIDE THE GAME. Aaron Rodgers (or A-Rod, as a friend of mine calls him) made their defense look pretty silly last week. Rodgers is a decent QB, but if he could that, I’m scared to think what Garcia could do. Especially when you consider, as you said, that he’s been successful in the past.
Big game for the defense. The defense has looked like crap the past two games other then a nice play late last week. For this team to win in the playoffs, the defense has got to to get it together this week. Fortunately, the offense has shown the ability, the past two weeks, to put up decent number’s point wise.
We’re still basically a team that no one gives a lot of credit to. I have heard other sports analyists around the country state they feel we won’t make the playoffs. I would have loved to have the Atlanta game back two weeks ago, could have basically put them out of it. Now they’re hanging around.
Peter King of SI hates us too, I pretty sure he must have lost some money on the panthers. all he mentions is how great TB D is. This team is one dimensional, Warrick Dunn is old, Graham is out and Cadilliac is still coming back from knee surgery, there is no reason we should not be able to hold their ground game in check but we need penetration and pressure on Garcia, a tall order against the TB O-line. It will be a good game but TB is in no way dominant, however we seem to fare better when the experts doubt us, so keep on doubting, I have no doubt Fox will have a good game plan.
