It was always going to be hard to keep guys like this when they can transfer for free now and have a bag of NIL money waiting for them. He will get hundreds of thousands of dollars I expect, same with our guy Newton. It’s almost better to recruit the portal then it’s at least less convenient to leave the 2nd time. Our Donors are putting together a NIL collective but I doubt we have the kind of money those guys will demand or want to blow it all on one guy like that.

Breaks my heart that Jamir is leaving. However I am thankful for the three years we had with him. I have enjoyed every moment of watching him play at such a high-level. Wish him the best for the future.

We are so broken. I felt better about Price when he was fired than I do right now.
I agree. I feel worse about where we are now than where we were then. At that point we could still remember some decent teams with great talent. That seems like ancient history now. By firing Price, as crazy as this sounds, it at least felt like Judy shared the same expectations for the program that the fans have. Now, with the current AD, I’m not so sure that is the case.
