I have no plans for spring break… and now that we’re most likely going to be in the tournament, I’m thinking about it. Anyone planning on going? At least for the first round?

No. I’ll go see us in the NCAA if a miracle happens and we win the conference tourney in AC.

Going surfing in Florida, weather permitting. I will go see us in the NCAA - maybe NIT - if we make it.

No. AC is a horrible venue IMO. It’s one of those places I never have any interest in visiting. Plus I already watched us lose two road games this year (Maryland, App St.).

Aren't there casinos or something nearby?

I am just a college student with no plans for spring break, and can’t think of anything to do. I have to work Friday of spring break, but I could go up for the first game at least. Seems like it’d be something fun to make a road trip out of. Depends if I can talk my friends into it. We’re all recently turned 21 so I’m down to make anything an adventure, lol.

I’m actually fairly excited about this idea right now… it’s going to be tough convincing my friends to go though. Sounds so much better than staying here over SB.

If anyone knows of any decently priced hotels to stay in… let me know. I remember last year people talking about it being best to stay outside of AC so you don’t get raped by hotel prices. Plus we have to find a place that will rent to 3-4 21 year olds.

I won’t be going back until we finish strong in the top 3 or 4 and/or it’s in a city I haven’t been to. Yep, I Know. I may never go again.

i’m in new york on business that week. i may try to get down there. but it looks like i have some logistical issues related to transportation.

I've never been to AC. I'm not thinking about it just to watch our basketball team, but because it's something I've never done before and sounds fun.

Definitely a possibility we don't. I don't think GW can beat UMass or Richmond though. If we can win tonight, and they lose to those 2 teams at least, we're good.

just went to AC this weekend. Tons of hotels for $30 a night during the week on the outskirt of town. Venue is right on the broadwalk.

Dude, I can think of about 100 better places to go than AC over spring break. Cancun and Miami just off the top of my head.

I am getting back in town Sunday as spring break starts, and work Friday of spring break. That means I have Monday-Thursday. So Monday driving there, Thursday driving back. So really only two days to do anything... this is why this was my thought. Kinda pointless to go to Florida and such for two days. Again I have no idea if we'll go yet, just wanted to throw it out there.
