So why has Ben McCollum stayed at his current D2 gig so long? Whatâs his salary? Heâs either making a lot of money for D2 or his family doesnât want to leave.
Reading into it, I am guessing he is making under $200k per year, but I donât know that. You could probably dig that up.
My sense is that he would take the job and that there is some negotiations going on, but that is speculation 100%
Looks like Lundy is staying put.

Hope the delay is that they are negotiating with McCollum. If not, I still prefer Richey
What is a big relief for me to know Lundy is not our future coach
Maybe we are raising funds for Chris mack. That would be pretty good if heâs ready to hit it hard.
Wishful thinking.
Hope he enjoys it up there where itâs so cold it drives them to put their grandmas in cages
Well, he did spend three seasons as an assistant at Marquette so was already familiar with the weather in Milwaukee before returning to Brew City as HC of UWM.
Yes, that is what Iâm saying. That him losing in the Sweet 16, with that team, is more indicative of him being a bad coach than a good coach.
I donât even know who this is, but itâs all we got
Thatâs good news! Nelson is on top of it as one would expect.
I just canât. No wordsâŚ
Just keep it short Mac
Bogues hasnât coached in nine years and that was at the high school level. In fact, he has no collegiate coaching experience. HmmâŚ
That certainly contradicts Nelsonâs latest that McCollum is still the favorite and that whoever the choice is, will be a current college HC. So that would rule out Mack, etc.
If we even interview muggsy, Mikes new work uniform needs to be a clown costume.
I wouldnât even want him as the third assistant.
We should not be the training wheels to collegiate coaching. It doesnât work for us and it doesnât work for the people we hire.
I doubt we are interested in Bogues. However l, we just hired a former high school football coach.
Nooo to Bogues
Muggsy is bringing Mike Minter and Pep Hamilton with him.
