He should take note that as recruiting coordinator his most important job is to sale the program to 18-19 year old kids. With the rise of social media, these kids care a lot about optics, perception, and aesthetics. Recruits love to re-post these graphics, so when you put out something that my grandmother could create youāre essentially telling recruits you donāt care about their interests.
There is a reason all these alternate uniforms and designer cleats existā¦they matter to the people playing football now. All this looks like is someone that is completely disconnected from his core audience. This stuff matters even more when you just finished a 1-11 season.

Iām saying if our staff is defending them. I know itās like GAās and stuff doing it for free, but at some point, itās embarrassing.
Apologies for PoorUNCC. The younger the App fan, the higher the likelihood that they will run their mouth and make us all look bad. Iām sure between now and Sep 8th there will be more, but it doesnāt make us look very good.
PS: Ulrichās wife went to App and played basketball there. I guess she wasnāt a graphic design majorā¦
