This might have been one of our best games offensively with the exception of so-so FT shooting. Shot over 50% FGs, 11-25 on 3s, and 20 assists. Donāt recall a single shot clock violation either.

Pretty sure Young wrapped up another FOTW with his performances this week vs the UT schools. At this point, donāt see anyone challenging him for 2020 C-USA freshman of the year.

BTW, was surprised to see us in āCarolina Blueā (playersā warm up shirts and coachesā ties) but those are the colors associated with prostate cancer awareness and the Mike Slive Foundation.

Shepherd 5-7 from 3pt was huge. He had been one of the weakest % 3pt shooters up until this point.
Refs called way to many fouls. Way to many FT in that game.

Also the refs were calling fouls for Jackson even when he wasnāt fouled. That was BS. It looked

Looked like a good crowd, but Iāve kind of lost perspective. The football games were really announced low this season and the bāball games too. Iām assuming the new standard is butts in the seats. I would have guessed tonight would have been 6K easily counting season tickets holders not attending.

Good crowd in terms of numbers and game involvement. Loud and supportive. I know the team loved it and fed off it. Brought back feelings and memories from the good olā days of NINER basketball.
