I’d say if this coach can’t get us to a measly .500 record consistently to make these pointless bowl games, no one will. But hope we are competing for conference championships.

Congrats to Niner Nation on an excellent hire. My guy didn’t get the job, but I acknowledge you guys hit a home run with your hire.
I love the fact that Albin spent so many years at Ohio under Solich and as a North Dakota State guy I appreciate the fact that Albin was on Craig Bohl’s first staff at North Dakota State when they departed Lincoln.
If he is able to bring 6+ assistants with him, the culture change will be instant, and you will be bowling next year.

Final comment. I had spent time searching how to donate monthly pizza money if my guy had been hired but I didn’t find anything direct for football on Niner Nation Gives and Niner Exchange wasn’t what I was looking for.
You might already have something great, but I wanted to share the monthly program in Fargo. Small town so it probably helps participation rates, but I don’t think that I’ve talked to a fan at a football, basketball, or volleyball game that wasn’t a member of at least the $10/mo. Level.

Just saw one of those ubiquitous “Live in Ohio” TV ads and made me think about Albin. Although he won’t be living in Appalachia anymore once moving to the QC, the region won’t be far away if he gets nostalgic. And the mountains are bigger and better here in the Old North State!
