i dont know who your team is…and dont give damn either.
i find it reeeally funny that everyone hates on the Yankees and their fans for acknowledging that we have won 26 world championships. but when it comes to their own teams and specifically when they have defeated the Yankees…it always goes back to what your team did in the past. hypocritical much? yah. thatll be all.

Swole, I love you enthusiasm for our boys in the Bronx. I, also, am a die-hard Yankees fan (from Yonkers). I would appreciate it if you would cool it on the ranting and raving just yet. Frankly, we aint won **** yet. Please do not give us a worse name than we already have. Don’t shove it in the faces of our fellow Niners on here, especially when they don’t even care about baseball. Be classy and professional.
Thank you and Go Yankees,

Pretty extreme but definitely right. The Yankees will have their hands full with the Angels who always give them fits. But they are hands down the favorite thus far. Though, the Cards’ were suppose to shut down the Dodgers with their great staff and we know the rest. You gotta love the baseball playoffs!
The Yanks have always had their problems with the Angels, but the Angels always had their problems with the Red Sox, so maybe it will change.
Not looking ahead, but the Yankees need to hit earlier in the game if they want to beat the Dodgers, if they get past the Angels. The Dodgers bullpen is amazing.
Whatever Kate Hudson is doing, keep doing it.

Seriously, whatever she is doing, she needs to keep doing it. It’s working.

I hate to say it, but the Yankees are on a damn mission this year. Yankees in six again.
These are the two best teams, I’m glad it worked out this way. Should be a great series.

I agree. I always like it when the clearly best two teams make it. That doesn’t happen every year.

Agreed. The Wild Card, while making things interesting, has made some not so good teams make the World Series.
I was never a fan of the WC, I’m of the opinion if you can’t win your division you shouldn’t be able to win a championship in pro sports.

Even in the NFL?
Even in the NFL?
Now with 4 4 team divisions, I think the Wild Card waters down the playoffs. It makes the end of the regular season interesting (most of the time), but when 8-8 teams are making the playoffs it bothers me.
I could deal with the Wild Card in baseball if the Division Series were 7 games and not 5.
