I wouldn’t be thrilled either.
How long before Lutz lands a HC job?
Love Bobby, but not real soon if he wants a high major job.

Hey, we agree on something.
Bobby can only get a high major job if he works back up to it. I could see him getting a lower tier mid-major job in 1 or 2 more years.
4 years ago his only option other than staying at Charlotte was South Alabama. I don’t see how that has changed for the better. I think he would have to ride some success at ISU before he gets another head coaching job and most likely something at the low major level in the southeast.
According to Gary Parrish at CBSSports.com, Chris Mack turned down an 8-year @ $2 million per offer from Tennessee to stay in Cincy.
clt hears that major is going to tennessee
No way clt. Major hasn’t proved that he could win at Charlotte.
Zero wonders if he can wear a Majors Army tshirt still if Major went to Tennessee.

RT @GaryParrishCBS : Tennessee has announced the hiring of Cuonzo Martin.
Kinda of a surprise. Thought they may go after a bigger name, but with all the trouble in Knoxville, it was not as good a gig as it could have been. They have been to 6 straight NCAA’s.
Think Mooney is staying, or just securing a nice pay day for Richmond?
Richmond is happy either way.

10 years seems long to me.

Not if you’re winning.
