2019 Week 13: Marshall

I don’t know man. If memory serves they confirmed the call, not just let it stand, meaning they had definitive evidence it was a fumble.

The eye in the sky isn’t always out to get us. It was a soaking wet game, fumbles were gonna happen.

The knee doesn’t come down first. The hip does. The ball was out prior to the hip coming down. It was a fumble.

These are my favorite uni’s

“Charlotte’s locker room is better than any SEC locker room.”

God I love that.

I’m imagining the club lit arms race now.

Is Club lit at least copyrighted? Would think so.

In the stadium, they made no comment on the call.

These are the best images I have seen. Thanks. The refs made no comments on the “call” to even confirm it was being reviewed.

I thought the first INT was pass interference as the defender got there early.

Yes to that.

clt says the refs seemed to want to get off the field

Marshall’s players acted like they had never felt anything that wet before.

I thought and even made a few comments to people around me that the refs were not in the game at the beginning. They had to huddle several times and it did not seem like they were paying attention to the game.

A few Marshall players on defense were getting chipper toward our sideline in the first half, but they stopped talking in the 3rd quarter once they figured out they were in a game.

Anybody know what went down between our students and their bench?

Did something specifically “go down”? All I saw/heard was our student section giving the Herd bench/coaches shit the whole game, as they’ve been doing to opponents all season

At one point in particular, after a marshall INT, it appeared to get particularly contentious. I have no idea specifics.

Yea, after the Marshal INT early in the 1st quarter, the student section started a loud “Fuck You Marshall, Fuck You!” chant, which was great. I just assumed it was in response to their sideline celebrating the INT after the play.

Actually, it was due to the loud, drunk Marshall fans lining the top of the bowl.

I thought our students were louder than at any other game this year.
