I remember when SEMO coach Brad Korn played for Southern Illinois and the Salukis visited Halton in 2002. Heard an interview with him on ESPN Radio earlier today. Nice job in his third season in Cape Girardeau!

Was reading that when Amir Abdur-Rahim took over at KSU, he notified the team about their first practice. One of the players texted him back and wanted to know if it was mandatory to attend! Come a long way since!
Finally someone acknowledging this is the first “D-I” NCAAT for Kennesaw State. Three consecutive appearances at the D-II level, including national champs in 2004.
