clt says the FB team stays in a hotel before home games, so maybe
They are good at what we are not good at, shooting the three.
We have to play tough D and stop Loyer. I would like to see Folkes on him all game.
I think we are more athletic and much bigger at the guard spot.
Next two games should tell us who we are.
This game should always be played on a Saturday. More ticket sales for everyone.
Don’t you mean goose?
Davidson doesn’t care. Half their fans come from retirement homes.
He doesn’t live in Charlotte, just the area. He gets little benefit of the growth. Walkable neighborhoods, hundreds of new restaurants, and more activities are great when you’re in those areas, but when you’re not, all you feel is the higher cost of living and added traffic.
I love the growth, but I also live near the best aspects of it. I understand why those on the fringes don’t like it.
Speaking of football, Davidson made the postseason ![]()
It’s always been weird to me that this game is not played on Saturday and hyped more by both schools. Seems like an easy sale compared to most of the schedule.
They got destroyed in the first round also.
C’mon now, they played tough and only lost by 41.
IF we hit threes AND defend the three, we’ll have a chance to win on a last second shot. If we don’t, it could get ugly, as in Detroit Mercy ugly.
If we hit three point shots and they don’t, we will win (and not on a last second shot). This is a VERY unlikely scenario, both on offense and defense.

I would hope that is always the case. They need to get used to the nuances of the arena. Is the rim stiff, how does the ball bounce on the floor, what do you see through the backboard when shooting etc.? Anything to try to get as comfortable as possible before the game.
I just thought game day shoot arounds were the norm but makes since for long travels day/s in advance of game to have practice time.
If we score more points than they do we win. If not they win.
Haha I know. But I remember how bad they were during the Tripp era. Postseason play didn’t seem feasible
