That Elon team that just beat Monmouf is a horrendously bad basketball team.

Likewise, Monmouth has been awful as well. Definitely not the team from last season that was in the running for the MAAC championship - lost to Saint Peter’s in the title game - before moving to the CAA this year.
Went back and looked at the Pre-season vote on number of wins. Over 70% said Charlotte will not win 16 games. With 4 games left in the regular season, at least 18 wins is likely. We do play North Texas and UAB at home, so would need to win at least 1 of them if we want to get to 19.

You see this kind of negativity on all college sports chat. I like to think we have one of the best forums in all of D1 and think we’re a little above all the negative pettiness that infects other schools. The jury’s still out on Ron but let the AD do his job (he answers to his bosses) . I’m sick of reading the same old s*** day after day that the players surely read.

Welp, Ron had more enthusiasm then Igor for sure. Not a fan of ignoring the coach.
Looks like my introvert Dad trying to start a Soul Train dance line at a party where everyone else is 40 years younger.
Me thinks he might suspect things are on the line at the end of the season.
