Healy is 1-8 over his last 9 games⌠he lost the team with the tweets by players, I donât see how you donât fire him at the end of the season and start calling new coaches in NovâŚ
Though I thought there was no way we would keep Sanchez after last season so who knows. Healy is out of his league and will be even more out of his league next year in the AAC⌠we need to make a change.

I wouldnât fire Healy during the season but I totally get why some fans would. Barring some incredible turnaround he clearly needs to go after this year.
I was surprised we scored 21 points but otherwise today went as expected. We remain a bad football team (awful on defense). Enjoy the tailgate this year cause thatâs all we got.

Firing him right now is an emotional decision. Those usually donât work out.
Hill needs to work his network and start making plans if he has to fire Healy at the end of the year.
UNLESS (and I say this cause this is not my business and I donât know how the coaching and AD game works) firing him now (or soon) is the best way to get a better replacement lined up for next year and we can afford it.
My only point is making rash emotional decisions usually doesnât work out.
If itâs actually better in this game to fire midseason so they can find a better coach then ok.

By the way, a big screw you to the admin and the ticket debacle that likely cost me money and reflects the poor performance on the football field, and basketball ball court.

Does football or basketball need/require the coach replacement immediate attention between the two? Iâm assuming we canât afford to fire both.

Yeah, but with this, we will rocketing up, uh, down the Bottom 10. We can all look forward to the pillow fight of the year, decade, century with FIU on 10/22. We could be the 0 and 7ers by then.
I hope whoever the next hire isnât another 30 something year old who had one good season in fcs

I dont know if Healy will get fired after the season or get one more year, but Healy is finished here in Charlotte regardless, he will never be able to rectify this defense, we lack talent, and that is Healys fault, assessing and recruiting talent is his job, and then he hired a a stop-gap defensive coordinator that never stays at a program longer than a few years to âfixâ the problem, how can Healy get any difference making, high level defensive recruit to commit to a program that has performed this poorly on defense and has a DC that might not be there from year to year
