Like this team. Need to hit FTs and share the ball. Our assists are way too low especially since we do not have a designated scorer on the team and a lot of guys can get buckets. We need to find the leader of the team. Once that’s established I think the team comes together.

Coastal HC Justin Gray gets an F for OOC scheduling. CCU had played in an MTE at Western Illinois on Friday and Saturday in which they went 2-0. While WIU and Illinois State aren’t that far apart - about 105 miles - CCU basically ran out of gas vs ISU. Three games in three days played in two different cities this early in the season is just crazy.

Don’t know what to say. I thought like App played hard against us but was not a good team. With our size and athleticism we should have been able to shut Apps offense down.

I’ve been following the Niners since Bill Foster was the coach. There have been quite a number of “How did we lose to that team?” games in those 60+ years.
