What’s going on behind the scene?
When are we expecting some sort of announcement on Fearne? If he’s staying (which I hope he’s not) they need to say that and start building for next season’s NIL. It’d be great if they decide to move on from him and start the coaching search but I feel like he’ll be back.
With no announcement today, my thought is, he will be back.

Agree. If we were changing coaches it would already be announced. The hiring cycle is in full throttle now.

I can agree with this quite a bit. There is a new ethos on the campus by the time I left. Poggi was the messiah if you polled the students despite his record. Maybe a new head coach would add some excitement. I do still like Fearne though. The offense is slow but you can’t say the don’t get open shots

Hill jumped the gun giving him that job and it’s costing us. The curse of Dubois and Hill continues to linger and will for a long time.
I’m honestly disappointed in no move being made. On Twitter I saw how we are bottom 3rd of the conference in basketball budget. A large part of that is what we are paying our staff.
I’m tired of the style we play. I’m tired of budget hires. Im tired of apathy. I’m tired of not caring about March madness. I’m tired of us not making a statement hire that says the University is tired of the same things I’m tired of.

The fan experience is at an all time low. Never thought I’d see crowds on the reg like we have now.

Thank you! Bob McKillop was/is terribly overrated. He caught lightning in a bottle with Curry and lived off it for several years, but still only won NCAA tourney games ONCE. Charlotte/Lutz owned him!

McKillop did a helluva job for a long time. We should be able to win most games vrs Davidson. Not sure what the need to revise history and bad mouth him is all about. Was a pretty class act too as I recall. I’d love to have a guy like him here…

No bad mouthing and definitely no revisionist history……check out our record against him and his career record (esp pre Curry)………..he was nothing special until Curry and not THAT great after him either.
