Any chance of being able to watch away games via streaming video online? It is 2007, we do it for every home game why canāt every other A-10 school do it too?

I agree to an extent. But, I get sick of sitting in front of a computer to watch a game. I know you can put it onto a TV, but the resolution isnāt always so good⦠TV is first priority, streaming is second.
Yeah I finally got around to hooking my PC up to my big tv.
Niner fans always welcome. I have a big couch, but watch for the baby toys all over the place.
NA, do you get the Stokkevision channel for viewing after the 49ersā game?
With so few games on TV, sure seems like someone could make money on the radio broadcasts on a station where you could actually hear them. I canāt get Niners on the radio at my house, and Iām within spittinā distance of Meck, to the north.

Iāve got that channel!

If you are outside of the 485 loop you can forget it. Iām in Meck County at Lake Norman and canāt get FNZ when it gets dark. It was pathetic when we played at Cincy 2 years ago in the NIT, I picked up the game on Cincyās radio network.

I can make it happen, but my wife will be throwing things at me.
Fair tradeoff, IMHO.

I hear you. I listened to the Indians-Red Sox last weekend on a Cleveland station but canāt get FNZ. Sounds like youāre not far from me. I live near Mount Mourne area of Mooresville.

when we had Rodney White and played at Indiana, I listened to the game on 610 all the way to I-95 past Lumberton on the way to Whiteville NC.
East to west 610 is good (during the day) but north and south it is limited to embarrassing proportions.

I never knew you were such a big fan.
With that said, we need a new station.
Didnāt know I had to be a āfanā to listen to sports on the radio.

you two go to timeoutā¦bad day to pick on Persiā¦good coverage lately.

From what I remember, there are a couple of teams that have streaming video online (UMass, Dayton, X and St Joes maybe) but I think most if not all that do use CSTV and we use Yahoo so I think youād have to get a subscription to CSTV as well. Again, thatās going from memory (which has shown to be pretty bad todayā¦) Does anybody know why weāre using Yahoo when everybody else seems to be on CSTV?
Great scoop Metro, thx.
good coverage lately.
I agree, but itās the awful coverage and isolationism (āNiner fans, read about YOUR team someplace isolated from the other gamesā) we used to receive from him that helped lessen demand. Now, heās on here finger-pointing.
That said, coverage has been better lately and there is no excuse for this sorry tv package⦠but he is still not exactly a fan. Itās like us going on the Cinci board rubbing salt in some of their wounds.
Now, like I asked, what is our ADās take on this lousy tv schedule? I expected you to answer this one earlier.

My brother lives outside of Charlotte and he is able to pick up Mets games on WFAN 660 NY in his car, but where he lives he canāt get WFNZ 610.
How does this make any sense?

I am not firing any bullets at the moment. I have been put on notice that we āshouldā have a local tv package for additional A10 road games, so it appears they are working on it. If I were in charge of communications, I would of thown that bone to the public (with the A10 tv release) that additional games are getting ironed out with a local station. (knock on wood). I guess until the checks clear and papers are signed, there is reluctance to go public.

same reason why when I was in Florida 2 weeks ago I could hear WBT.
Do we have a campus radio station, it would make sense since we have a communications program.
I know Rutgers has a student run radio station that has a variety of shows including play by play of all the football and basketball games. Now it is students doing the play by play so it can be a tough listen, but it is better than nothing. (They also have proessionals doing it on another station.)

We used too ā WFAE-FM.
