Only “traditional” staff position still open in WR coach.
No idea what the last of the remaining 2 position coaches will be focusing on.
As a Rockingham Co native, I’d like to throw Lonnie Galloway’s name in the hat for WR coach! Strong ties to the school (thru marriage) and lives close by.

Fitch is OC + QBs
Haines is Assist Hd Coach + RBs + Special Teams
Rudolph is OL + Running game coordinator
Faanes is DC + LBs
Mattix is co DC + DEs + Pass Rush Coordinator
Tre Bell is CBs + Pass Defense Coordinator
Brian Metz is TEs + Recruiting
Almost everyone is wearing two hats. The only things I see missing are WR and Run Defense coordinator plus some offensive and defensive analysts, and some graduate assistants.
His kids are really good at football too.
He was the defacto OC for the Holes in the Fenway Bowl. I think it would be a great hire if we can get him.
Staff is complete.

Everybody’s a coordinator these days. Amazing.
It looks good on their resume, and it’s cheaper than more money. 
It’s excellent to see a whole staff. They have a lot of work to do between now and App St.

Yep, pretty common, whether here or at other schools. Fearne uses a different term - escapes me right now - but same thing.

Unfortunately no way this dude is better than Lew spitting fire truths on IG. Lew’s motivationals will be missed.
That will be a recurring difference between this staff and many/most other staffs. There will be little in the way of fiery motivational speeches, and more focus on education and teamwork. There is no question that fiery motivation can produce results in the short term, but can education and teamwork produce more consistent results in the longer term? I’m not going to tell you that one is right, and the other is wrong, only that they are different approaches with the same goal.
