Itās a miserable time to be a sports fan in Charlotte.
The Panthers wonāt win a 2nd game all season and have no HC or draft future.
The Hornets dropped a game by like 53 points tonight, their worst loss in franchise history.
49ers Football has never had a winning season in 10 years.
49ers basketball hasnāt done sla thing but lose and disappoint for the last 18 years.
The sad truth is the city is so desperate for a winner that any success in one of the revenue sports would probably be gobbled up.
But the program will not do what it takes to win. It just will not.

No, we lost to Buffalo that season and ended with a .500 record.

Yep, finished 7-6 in Healyās first season.
I would take Wade in a New York minute, he obviously understands that it takes money to get big time recruits, that fits in perfect for the current NIL/portal environment that we have to compete in, he was just ahead of his time in that regard, he knows what it takes to win and how to get it done
Pitino, Sampson, Pearl, and Calipari were able to get second chances, some lucky team is going to snatch him up from Mc Neese St and have multiple years of NCAA tournament births and 25+ wins a season

I donāt really care who we hire as long as it isnāt Greg Marshall.
Iād highly prefer someone with HC experience and at this point Iād prefer a retread over a young guy. We desperately need someone to just right the ship, understands NIL and the portal and can get us some solid wins. Iād rather have someone that has done at our level or above as a HC than roll the dice on an up and comer.
It is imperative that we get this right.

Thatās the kind of attitude I want in a head coach. Weāve gone nice guy approach three times in a row, four if you count fearne. I want a guy that thinks heās better than everyone else. I donāt care if itās wade, but dont give me more pillars and speeches about how the game doesnāt owe you anything.
