I am really excited for spring practice and the upcoming football season. I am even excited about the Panthers again with the coaching hires. Is it fall yet?
“There are no accidents in the recruiting process” haha
Kinda wish this last post had more discussion than the back and forth bickering about Sanchez.
This is a really well written feature.
Hey I found a crib for Coach Poggi:
Take a look at this home I found on realtor.com
14051 Island Dr, Huntersville, NC 28078
$22,000,000 | 5 bds • 6.5+ ba
New home owners should expect a significant property tax increase. The assessor responsible should prob be fired depending on final sale price.
Actually, the tax value is still something like $6.5 million, and there were questions about why it was so low.
clt says biff could pay cash this afternoon.
That house looks suspiciously like the house from a magazine article I saw about Simon Pagenaut the Indy driver who lives in Charlotte.
Could an Indy driver afford that place?
Seems a little steep.
clt says it is owned by the folks behind the merancas foundation
Honestly first home I have ever seen with a Harp in it.
The top end market jump is just mind boggling over the last 5 years. You can buy a lot of homes in a lot of places for 22 mil. especially with the type of “bad” water that this house has at Huntersville. Hell the majority of LKN is " bad" water IMO. It is a shallow man made lake with a nuclear reactor close by in Huntersville.
Norman is popular because it’s one of the few lakes you can live on as your primary home in a major metro area.
A lot of lakes in metro areas are reservoirs and lakefront development is not allowed.
Charlotte is a relative anomaly where you can walk out your back door to your boat and go on an evening lake cruise after a day at the office.
It’s not the only city with that luxury of course, but it’s less common than you’d think.
clt needs to learn more about bad water
Apparently so:
Most race car drivers at that level start life with money.
clt heard max is making an offer, he is making $55M this year so it should be accepted
