This hire, IMO, is going to pay off fast but am concerned with building the program (maybe this is what all sports will look like in the future). Her JSU them doesn’t appear to be one for building for the future but rather for quick turnarounds. Her roster at JSU consisted of 6 Graduate Students, 2 Seniors, 4 Juniors, 2 Sophomores and 1 Freshmen. By this, I expect that she will really hit the portal hard and bring in many experienced players.

Agree that this is a good hire. If she can work the portal it won’t matter the make up of the players and what years they are. Keep rebuilding ecery year and win.
I think athletes will want to play for her.

My impression from her press conference is that’s she’s about as different than Cara as 2 people can be. 
That is an observation, not a judgement of either one of them.
The first hint I saw was the cleavage reveal in the promo pic.
