Well Memphis is a thriving city on the up and up.

The Ego’s of the base at SMU would rather be mid tier in ACC than Top 3 in AC. They think they can buy their way to anything. How did it work out for Texas, Oregon, Tx A&M, OH State, etc.. all the biggest spenders last year. Who’s missing, the teams in the National Champ Game, Ind/Miami.
For Texas, pretty good.

INSTITUTIONAL NAME CHANGE
Southland member University of New Orleans (UNO) is now LSU New Orleans (LSUNO) as school transitions from membership in the University of Louisiana System to the LSU System. Ironically, school was originally called LSU in New Orleans and was a satellite of the flagship LSU campus in Baton Rouge until 1962. LSUNO athletics will still be called the Privateers but school colors will change from blue and white to the iconic purple and gold associated with LSU Tigers sports.
