What I saw out there tonight was really encouraging. I saw some really good things. Weāve got to do the little things and we have to make brownies

Our guys battled extremely hard and itās a fine line and our margin for error is not very big. Too much butter and the brownies get weird

I donāt see any information more current. I suspect the termination portions are still fairly accurate because they are pretty standard.
The questions are:
What is the current date of the end of the contract? It would not be unexpected if Brad had a five year rolling contact, which probably leaves us paying him his base salary for four more seasons.
What is his base salary? While total compensation has gone up, the base may not have. $250,000 year.
We would owe Lambert the difference between his base and any income he received up to that amount. If he gets an assistant job at any FBS program the amount is not that big a deal.
Without knowing exactly what the details of the current contract are, I would guess that we could switch coaches.
