For what itâs worth, I thought Sanchez âwonâ his news conference Tuesday on campus. I think he could be very good. Here are four things I liked from that news conference and a brief interview afterward â and one thing I didnât.

I believe you posted about the press conference so apparently you cared.
I was simple pointing out that you cherry picked a portion of an article to fit your agenda. One must read the whole article to get the full context of it and not just what you deem important.
How many press conference do you have to win in order to make the NIT? NCAA? Are those goals of Johnny Paycheck Sanchez? What are his goals besides collecting a pay check? You have to credit Scott Fowler in 2018, because he could see right through the vagueness, the low bar expectations and the timidness that leads the vast majority of Niner fans here to want Ronnie Paycheck Sanchez fired. And you are free, even encouraged to follow him wherever he goes to collect other paychecks

Fine so Fowler saw that but he also listed four things he liked and said he could be very good, so you can be critical of that too. Fowler was not critical of the hire, just that Sanchez did not come out and talk about winning the conference.
To be clear neither your nor I know what Fowler was implying but nothing in that says he was saying he lacks heart. You apparently havenât watched a game because from my seat the man cares, but just because you care doesnât mean you win.

Everyone argues that last year shouldnât count because of the Covid issues, scheduling and the 9 game losing streak to end the year. But statisticallyâŚwe are WORSE in 5 and the exact same in 4 of these 11 categories. We are only better in 2 categories and just ever so slightly in those!!! Our highest team ranking in these 11 categories this year is 10th!!! In a sh!tty leagueâŚin year 4âŚlook how putrid we are in every single one of these categories!!!

I applaud anyone still supportive of Sanchez. The amount of cognitive dissonance required at this point is astonishing and worthy of recognition.

My stance has always been I will applaud the Niners and I will root for them all the way. I will also let the season play out and allow Hill to assess and determine Sanchezâs future after the full season is complete.
I will not root against this team, including Sanchez, period.
