Fire Ron Sanchez

Gotta be both. You have to set goals, then you have to acheive them. As someone who works in a competetive field, where winning matters, i could never hire someone who wouldnt give me metrics for both working hard and getting there but also getting positive outcomes for my team. “Im gonna work really hard” doesn’t cut it.

Isn’t it pretty common knowledge that any team starting the season is to win your conference and make the NCAA? Just because they don’t stand up and say it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist. Frankly I could care less if they tell me what the goals are because saying it doesn’t make it any easier to achieve.

You missed the point. It seems to be a common theme. I wont engage any further than reiterating that accountability, which includes setting goals then reaching them is a HIGHLY desirous trait for any coach. We haven’t hired those guys.

Here we go again

Thanks.

Sorry you’re one win closer to having to watch the Sanchez sh!t show for another year.

Our last 2 wins make me even more angry at Sanchez…because this is how this team should be playing every night. Why can Sanchez only get what maybe 4-5 good outings so far all year!?!

I know we played 2 terrible teams…but this is how you’re supposed to play terrible teams …not lose by 29 to FAU or lose by 16 to a 9-13 ODU or lose by 12 to 10-10 Drexel or get spanked at home and never even be competitive against Davidson and 12-11 WKU.

If this team is capable of playing the way they’ve played the last 2 games (albeit against pretty bad teams)…it’s another indictment on Sanchez that he can’t get them be this prepared, focused and hungry team every night. Again, we have the talent where we should have at least another 3-4 wins to this point. At least.

Our next 3 games should be our toughest games remaining. Win 1 of them and 18 wins should be easily achievable.

You got to boogie when we win

We’ve won a couple of games against teams that are worse than we are. I don’t think these last two results will cool Ron’s seat in the least. I wish us well going forward.

these last two games were “must” or “expected” wins, but the way we won them and how we looked in these two games is encouraging. Hoping they continue their good ways vs. La Tech. We shall see.

Gotta disagree here with Major. Dude recruited big time talent that we’ve not had since. ACC talent at that. But yeah he sucked

Recruited yeah. He had a staff that could recruit. But he was an ass to kids parents and had no clue how to lead the program.

Sounds like you have a story to tell…

He treated Derrio like shit after kid busted his ass previous year. His mom came to a game and just wanted to talk to major. He refused and sent out an assistant. That’s just one story.

False. Absolutely false. You shouldn’t make up stuff to look like your in the know

Agree about that but at least with the talent I didn’t feel we were outmatched. Felt that way a lot the last few years

I have no knowledge of him being an ass

Hell, truthfully Major almost seemed too nice for his own good to me

Got that from a very very reliable source close to the team :man_shrugging:t3:
