Weāll see how this year plays out but if it continues how it has, those conference records are terrible. We are currently tied for 8th out of 11 teams. Hill has no choice but to fire him unless thereās a drastic turnaround or he wins the cusa tournament.

Thatās true but our elevation to that CUSA1.0 league had us finding success in the sunbelt and Metro prior. For sure itās tough to win in NC and the bar for what is success is higher in this state than others. With that said there is no reason why we shouldnāt be competing to be the 3rd/4th best program in state. Over the last 10 years we are behind nearly every in state school many of which invest less in basketball than we do.

Dont forget to thank Phil for this freakin headache.
He didnt give a rats ass about athletics and made Bobbyās last couple years miserable and unbearable and its been a shit show ever since.
Jahmir didnt jump ship because he was having a wondrous time dribbling down shot clocks and putting up bad shots because we were out of time.

I agree that this team needs a culture rebuild and sanchez was given a tough job to fix given how bad things got but at some point there does need to be results on the court or everyone is wasting their time
anyway my belief is still that we wont have the money to can the guy so if heās given a year to improve things in the aac he better brush up on some more modern tactics because what heās doing right now isnāt going to cut it
Iām ok giving Sanchez props for coming in to this dumpster fire in the first place and dragging us out of hell into mediocrity. But itās time for us to bring in a coach that can take us from mediocrity to good at least.

With 2:50 left in the game, we had only scored 10 points in the second half.
Unless I am mistaken we went 10 minutes in the 2nd half without a FG. A 4 minute drought and now our patented 6 minute drought to finish out games.

Have to wait until the season is over, but I think weāve seen enough. Would take a huge turnaround. This is his best team ever with chemistry, but once you lose, that too will erode. If we stay with Sanchez, weāll always be 17-13 at best. Ceiling is too low.
Maybe Biff can hire Sanchez to teach his defense and process to our football defense. You have to admit that Sanchez holds teams to about 50 points a game. That might be a small improvement over Healyās defense. When we lose, Biff can say itās about the process
