At first I was a little iffy on Lutz using a scholarship on him, but it sounds like he could really be the next Leemire. If Lutz knows anything, its how to recruit.
Anderson is also 6’4". That’s nice size for a shooting guard, esp for us. Leemire is 5’11". Demon was 6’1". Jobey 6’3".
I’m really looking forward to seeing the guys (Anderson, Dewhurst, Tatum, Wilderness) for next year. Will be fun to watch them develop as 4 yr players.

scored a last second shot for the win in Tuesday nights victory. 3 of his 18 points, apparently his team is doing better than many expected.

This year we are talented but not really deep at any position. Next year, we will have a tremendously deep and talented backcourt. We could be pretty good our next few years.

had 9 points on 1 FG last night against the top team in his league. According to what i have found, they did nothing but make sure that Ian didnt score. The rest of his team is less than stellar and couldnt get it done.

I’m just impressed he is good enough to get Plavich-like attention by the other teams. As long as he isn’t our only option he could be a very good player for us.

That is what impresses me with this class, a lot of options on the offensive side it seems like.
Are we gonna have a blend of Chuck Persons and Tom Chambers?

Very well said. If Tatum lands here next year, that will be 3 HS players who are getting over 18-20 a game coming in. And Wilderness who is around 16 and 10 I think Lutz said, with some injuries. Then Phaler who can light up the 3’s and Williams to get them all the ball. We don’t have that one top 50 player to get super excited about for 06, but this is definitely the best all around class we’ve had in a while.
More props to our staff, this guy really seemed like an afterthought in the summer, but he is looking better everytime we get an update. I’m sure more than a few West Coast schools are regretting missing out on him.
Did he ever officially sign in the fall??

Yes, he signed. I’m not sure why it wasn’t in the release with the others. Lutz said he has signed. He can only talk publically about players who have signed their Letter of Intent and he discussed Anderson the other night on his radio show.
sorry about the inaccuracy of my post. I didn’t see it on the official press release so i naturally believed that he was waiting til the late signing period to sign with us.
had 28 of his teams 45 points tuesday night in a loss. I wish that the box score had a shooting percentage
