Both articles (especially the 2nd) are good examples of unbiased jouranlism. I doubt that either of the articles sparked any angry outbursts or accusations.
Wertz’s school was not involved.

Wow this is big. We needed a quality shooting guard and maybe we found one.
I hope we all don’t place big expectations on this kid coming in (why would we do that? :biggrin:), but you give Barnett 2 years to develop and continue to work on his game and he will show how valuable of a pickup he is.
Good offer by Cheeks. Even though he may haven’t seen the kid play much, Barnett will be a player that continues to get better in his 4 years of coming here. Don’t expect him to come in and put up big numbers in his freshman year because that’s unlikely. With his work effort though, by his junior year he should be a nice offensive threat for us. I just hope his defensive ability can develop.
