The repeats are the reason I don’t follow the show very close any more…
way to kill an audience!!!

Agree. Lost now ranks behind Prison Break, House, 24 and Grey’s Anatomy for me. Partly because I’m not very impressed with this season of Lost but the lack of consistency with new episodes just kills it for me. Hard to maintain interest when there is very little flow.

I’m sure that would be a nice change of scenery for your wife. She’s probably sick of Monday Night Raw, UFC replays and Blue Collar Comedy. And don’t wait up for her. ![]()
Veronica Mars.
Yeah, VM and the O.C. are some real manly shows you’re watching Jimmy. :lmao:

You two leave VM out of this! BEST SHOW EVER!!
Oh and for those complaining about repeats - check your other shows. They all do it - you just notice it more with Lost because of the popularity and intensity. Comes back to finish out strong with 5 episodes. And be aware, there WILL be a HUGE cliffhanger on the season finale.

Yet to see 1 repeat of 24…

I disagree about repeats with other shows. 24 rarely has the gaps that Lost does. There may be 1 or 2 off weeks, if that, during the entire season of 24. Same goes for Prison Break. There have been at least 10 so far with Lost. And Lost isn’t nearly as intense as 24. Because 24 is shot in a 24 hour period, it’s far easier to notice the gaps and there haven’t been many at all.

Blame the network not the producers. Fox does it right, they started 24 after the Super Bowl whereas Lost started back in August or Sept. They have a lot more time to fill. I would rather see ABC start the season later if it involves fewer repeats.
May 3rd thru May 24 all new episodes with a 2 hr finale.
Maybe they just had to wait on Ana Lucia to get out of jail.

exactly.
You have an alibi but Jimmy (supposedly) has testicles.

Do you not remember the several month long hiatus that Prison Break went on?? All 1 season, not seperate. And for next year, Lost is planning on doing things a little differently. From what I’ve heard, they will air shows in 3 segements of 7, 7, & 8 shows respectively. If this happens, it will start in October. And as was said above, 24 is only on for half of the season, which is how they get away without repeats.

Hey Veronica Mars is one of the best shows on, it is up there with Lost, 24 and Prison Break. Now the only reason I ever watch OC is when I am forced to by my wife. Luckily she can start watching that with JCL along with GA and DH and whatever is on lifetime and Oxygen…

As far as this assessment goes: UFC is awesome, I’m long out of my RAW phase and you couldn’t pay me to watch Blue collar redneck comedy.

Isn’t Veronica Mars a show about a high school girl that goes around solving mysteries?
Isn’t Veronica Mars a show about a high school girl that goes around solving mysteries?
You narrow minded bastard… That is one description. I prefer: An incredibly hot and smart blonde solves mysteries and helps her friends out of trouble while bouncing from one sexual partner to the other… What kind of queer wouldn’t want to watch that???
I have to admit… it does sound much better when you describe it.

Comparing VM to the OC is like comparing Seinfeld to Caroline in the City.
