The whole department? At the same time? I get Summer is when itās best to do these things but is it too much to ask that at least ONE PERSON have a hand on the tiller at all times? To me it currently seems that interns are running the place on cruise control. How hard is it to say āweāre installing a new scoreboard, hereās the detailsā, āweāre installing new videoboards in Halton, hereās the detailsā, āweāre officially joining the AAC this week, get HYPED!ā?
Thereās a shit-ton of folks on that Staff list that have āADā in their title. They canāt all be off this week, right?
Who said the entire department was off? Because he listed his secretary for inquiries? Itās probably so she can appropriately route the requests. I actually do the same sometimes.

Go look on Charlotte49ers.com. Every ānewsā item there is from the individual sports, nothing from the department itself. So at least the teams themselves care.

I wanna make it clear that I donāt have an agenda or an intent to bash the A.D. or anything like that. But when they do things that donāt make sense to me, I will question them. Iāve been pushed out of the inner circle for doing it in the past, but I donāt care. Itās still my time and my money, and I just donāt do the suckup thing in general. Itās not me.
If Mike gets the job done, I am all for supporting him. Iām not looking to tank anyoneās career or be a pain in the ass. I just want results.
