Exactly. Almost as if there were hassles and roadblocks and challenges in expanding our stadium. Like a pandemic that shut down fundraising or government bureaucracy in permitting and funding.

OMG you guys that work in the construction industry have the patience of Job. It feels like this is never going to get going.
That’s funny. Both my brothers in law are in the construction biz. One of them told me he’s moved a piece of equipment to a job site to calm people down. Says it normally buys him a couple of weeks before they start calling again, lol.
This is true. It’s so frustrating, particularly now. Everything is way more expensive than we expected and takes longer than we thought. It’s an absolute nightmare. Several developers I know I have just put their pencils down until things settle. It’s just insane.
If you miss you go bankrupt. It’s not pleasant.
We need to see if the feds will give us that 400 mil they took from Columbia. That will solve everything.

That is an impressive start to football. Being in a pro sports city helps us and hurts us.
Shade is an overlooked necessity in the South. I wish we had it.
