FWIW, does say “State of Miami” and graphic shows Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties shaded in MT blue.
It’s very a specific reference to the famous Howard Schnellenberger’s plan.
So how did he get the best of Miami when Miami, FL and FL state were all recruiting there?
Would really like to know so we could beat out UNC, State, Wake and Duke for all the best talent in the metrolina region.
