Why not move the spring practice a week to avoid the rain? It’s not like they’ve sold tickets
I think there are rules on how many practices you can have in the spring and certain dates you can run them. Finals are coming up too. I’m not positive but I think these things play a roll.
They do still Have to coordinate campus resources - clear lots, have emergency personnel,
Etc.
That’s a lot to reschedule and then as noted above finals are coming.
